Terms and Conditions


We accept Paypal and all major credit/debit cards.


Despatch is guaranteed within 1 working day of cleared payment. The deadline for orders is 12 noon Monday to Friday. We use Royal Mail postage services and standard delivery times are 2 working days for urban areas and up to 3 working days for some more remote areas. Special Delivery is next working day before 1pm. International delivery takes 3 to 10 working days depending on the country.

We charge a fixed postage rate for any number of items up to 5kg in weight delivered to the UK. We also offer a Special Delivery (Next Day) service for which we charge an extra £5.00. We may offer free postage on some items but if they are accompanied by a chargeable item the cost will be the higher. Individual items which weigh in excess of 2kg cannot be sent via Special Delivery. We will combine the cost of postage for overseas purchases up to 2kg and the charge will be the rate applicable for the total weight.

We will ship most of our items worldwide with prices charged according to weight and calculated at the checkout.

We will only despatch to the cardholder's address. If paying by Paypal we will only send to the Paypal verified address

All UK orders are trackable online unless free postage is offered and then the normal First Class service is used. Your Tracking Number is emailed to you when your item is despatched. If you require a Tracking Number for overseas mail you should purchase the International Signed For service.

Please accept that we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery delays and delivery times are only guaranteed with the Special Delivery service.

We are happy to discuss bulk orders with huge postage discounts - just ask!


Sometimes delays can occur and sadly, items can get lost in the post. Royal Mail however, "do not consider parcels to be lost until 15 working days after the expected delivery date. (this does NOT include Sundays or Bank Holidays), 25 working days for International claims and 10 working days for Special Delivery claims".

In the unlikely event that your item has not arrived to a UK address within 3 working days of the date of notification of despatch, please go to the Royal Mail website link provided quoting your Tracking Number and check the reason for non-delivery. If no information is available then please contact us straight away.

We cannot pursue a claim and replace an item or give a refund until the relevant amount of time has elapsed but we will do everything we can to rectify the matter in the meantime.


In the event that an item is returned to us by Royal Mail as undelivered, we make a standard re-delivery charge of £3.00 per parcel before we can dispatch the item again. This charge applies to any of the following reasons for non-delivery:

Addressee gone away; Address incomplete; Address inaccessible; Addressee unknown; Refused; Not called for; No such address

Payment for re-delivery can be made by any of our accepted payment methods.


We operate a 30 Day No Quibble Refund Policy. A full refund will be given for any item providing the goods are posted back within 30 days of receipt, as new, in the original *undamaged packaging, and the buyer pays the return postage costs.

Please notify us of your intention to return within 14 calendar days after the date of delivery and we will provide a prepaid label for UK returns via the Post Office. If this option is used then we will deduct £3.95 from your refund. Overseas customers may use any suitable carrier.

We are obliged by law to provide the following model cancellation form. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE THIS FORM OR EVEN THIS EXACT WORDING - a simple email to us indicating your intention to cancel will suffice:

Please ensure that your item is securely wrapped and enclose the original Packing Slip (found inside your parcel) with a note of the reason for return. If you have thrown this away, please ask us to email you a duplicate or enclose a note giving your name and address. If you are using our prepaid label then you should drop your parcel off at the Post Office. Otherwise send your item to:

Refunds are made on the same or next working day that a return is received via the original method of payment. During busy periods such as at Christmas time this may take a little longer so please allow a maximum of 14 days from the date you return the item

* We appreciate that shoe boxes may become slightly damaged in transit and bags may be torn, however, a deduction will be made for any item returned in an unsaleable condition


We will process a refund upon receipt of your return. Therefore if an alternative item is required, please re-purchase this in the normal way.

Faulty Items

You have 14 days within which to accept that an item is as described and without defect. If your item develops a fault after this time then please contact us and your complaint will be dealt with in accordance with Trading Standards legislation.
